          On March 21, 2023, BBB contacted the business regarding its online advertisement about the use of testimonials, their sales prices, their use of eco-friendly products and their organization with Tree Canada.

          The ad failed to confirm they have permission to post testimonials, provide a time (expiry) for their special deals, substantiate claims about their eco-friendly products they use, and substantiate documents regarding their affiliation with support to TreeCanada.  The BBB's code of Advertising requires advertisers to be prepared to substantiate such claims. The business did not respond to BBB’s request for revisions and clarification in its advertising.
