All our inspectors belong to the Alberta Professional Home Inspectors Society and have obtained their Professional Home Inspector certification. We all carry E/O insurance and are bonded. We also have a computerized reporting system that covers over 1400 items, plus we take photos that will be inserted into the inspection report. You will also receive a QR Code for (Home Repairs & Maintenance Techniques), Cost guide, folder filing system, and routine maintenance guide.
