  Happy with results, disappointing experience. I had an injection appointment for frown lines back on July 4/22 with *******. In the appointment request I made my wishes clear of what I wanted done. When I arrived at the clinic it was very nice and clean and staff at the front were lovely. When I got to the room with *******, I explained this was my 1st experience with Botox and what I wanted down was to not have frown lines (especially after being outside frowning in the sun). She asked if I tried wearing sunglasses, as though I had just landed on planet earth. I said of course then she asked can I tell you what I think? Which shes the specialist so of course I said yes. She proceeded to critique my face and my lines starting with my very deep forehead, frown, crows feet, bunny nose, when she got to my mouths smile lines I had finally had enough. A little context Im 36 and often get carded at the liquor store. I told ******* Im not interested in having my entire face frozen and like smile lines and showing expressions. She seemed to get offended and said you dont want a frozen face like mine?. To which I honestly said no. There the very uncomfortable consult finally ended and we were able to proceed to the procedure which was well done and I was very happy with the results. I was afraid of what happened in the consult, would happen. The beauty industry can be pretty cruel. I dont know if this is Skinpossibles practice or the nurse injectors but I felt like I was torn apart to try and up sell more injections. Its sad to see, often women, being put down like this. Sadly, I dont think Ill return to Skinpossible after this negative experience and I will try a more body positive place that doesnt prey on the insecurities of women.

  Just had a Coolsculpting procedure at Skinpossible in the ******* clinic and the service was outstanding. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful,. ***** was the specialist who applied my treatment and she was extremely friendly, gentle and informative, making the whole experience very easy and confortante. I still can not review the results of tCoolsculpting itself though as it takes a while before we can see the changes.
