    Brooklyn's business has expanded beyond her control and she is not willing to take accountability for her staff failing to supervise the young girls she is hiring. After leaving literal crumbs all over my main floor, not vacuuming a 7 inch border around any room they did, leaving damage and marks all over my beautiful corner soaker tub, spending 2.5 hours stretching and texting when they didn't realize I had security cameras, being asked to provided a final walkthrough before leaving and instead sneaking out **** hours EARLY, Brooklyn chose to extort me for 12 full hours of professional rates.I was vulnerable with ********, told her before they came that I am very sick and getting out-treatments and need help with cleaning the house. She saw this as an opportunity to send her new and very unprofessional young staff to do a truly awful job that left the place worse off than they started rather than a chance to build her community up. I'm so disappointed at how she clearly thought I was too weak and sick to fight back and tried to take advantage. I am filing 2 official complaints and a small claim, including reimbursement of my personal time wasted trying to get a reasonable solution from an unreasonable person that simply sent me an invoice because I could not make a 3pm call work because I am in the hospital at that time.Brooklyn will use her good ratings to bully customers into giving her what she wants so I want to give her less ammo to take advantage of my fellow Beaumontians in the future. Business owners who choose profit over people are on the out, and this will be a hard, but necessary lesson.I have incredible amounts of video footage of the workers failing to actually work, along with photos of what Brooklyn deems a clean house and I am confident that I will be reimbursed in full following my claims.
